Choosing a Genre to Compose In

The purpose of my research is to inform people on the topic of dancers with eating disorders, since it is such an avoided topic. The genres for my topic are a newspaper article, a flyer, and a twitter page.

My audience is not very informative of this topic. My audience might assume that dancers are aware of their diet because of their body types, but may not know the extent of their disorder. My genes are supposed to be very informative.

I will connect with my audience by being as raw and descriptive as I can, and really show the severity of the situation.

The best mode is probably stating statistics and information of how many dancers have eating disorders because it is a shocking amount.

My favorite genre to write in is personal narrative because I think that it is easier for me to speak on experience and express myself in a personal way. I think I am good at explaining my feelings in a creative way.
